Honda will begin production in 2018 of a new electric scooter called EV-Cub, a vehicle that has remained a prototype for several years and will finally hit the market.

Although the production date is indicated for 2018, it may not reach the market until 2020.

The main distinguishing feature of this scooter is its two electric motors, one on the front wheel and one on the rear. A configuration that can be very fun to handle, in the right conditions and has demonstrated superior performance to gasoline versions. On the other hand, it will have a removable battery system.

Hachigo, dared to ensure that by 2030, two-thirds of the cars sold by Honda will be fully electric or plug-in hybrids.
